Return and refund policy
Return Policy:
- We Only Exchange the products . No money back.
- Each order is eligible for a return only once.
- Refund is made in terms of Store credit Only.
- Return Request to be made within 10 days of delivery.
Items Not Eligible for Return:
- Orders placed using Store Credit.
- Used Products.
- Lost Brand Tags Product.
Return Request Process:
- Visit the Return page to request a return.
- State the return reason and select the item to be returned along with images in case of any defect/damages.
- Our Agent will pick up the item in 1-3 days after return request placed. (In some cases customer have to ship the product to store address).
- Ensure all tags and labels are intact, and the product is unworn.
Store Credit:
- Store credit is provided through Mail, Whatsapp or Given Phone Number after the return product received.
- The store credit will be valid for 1 year from the date of issue.
- The credit will be of the amount of the returned products only.
- Shipping costs will not be credited back in any case.
Refunds:
- Once your return request is approved and the product has been received at our warehouse, we will initiate the refund process immediately. The refunded amount will be credited to your original payment method within 2-3 business days.
- Money refunds are not provided for products delivered in perfect condition.
- In the event of damaged merchandise, share images and details through the provided link.
- Further steps for replacement, store credit, or full refund will be communicated.
- No return fee will be charged in the case of damaged products.
- Misprints and colour differences from website images are not considered damaged products.
International Orders:
- International orders are not eligible for Returns.
- If you decide to return your order, you are responsible for shipping the product back and bearing the associated shipping and custom charges. We do not facilitate reverse pick-ups. A store credit will be issued for the value of the returned product only. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Alternatively, customers can request to return the product when someone is traveling from their country to India, without incurring additional shipping costs.
- In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, you can share images for proof with us at support@jfwomens.com. The issue will be recorded and further steps will be communicated to you. A store credit of the same value or a full refund can be made in such cases.
The refund of shipping charges varies on a case-by-case basis, and ultimately, the company retains the authority to make the final decision.
